What a day.
The evening saw 15 people and 5 workouts going on.
the main workout "Fight Gone Bad" well done for Sean choosing that one !
Note : I have all your scores and will do my best to get them up. You all saw how stressed I was last night so be patient
Can I also say thankyou for the people who were helping some others in coaching and how good your technique was in coaching which is really important.

The morning saw Soph, Leoni and Woodsy with this little cracker : 5 Thrusters 40kg 10 sit ups 5 Thrusters 5 press ups and so on for 20 mins
