Well done to the morning crew on a very very cold morning (We need some heating man!)
Leoni = 45, 45, 45, 50
Matt = 45, 50, 60, 65
Then they decided to Tabata KB Swings

just bought me some tights from mandmdirect.com, needs some gloves now, those bars were dam cold this morn, you love the cleans sean, admit it.x

Rob H = 60k + Tabata KB swings (24k)
Sean = 70k + Tabata pull ups (green band)
Dan S = 70k + Tabata ring dips
Marc L = 60k + Tabata press ups
Mike W = 60k + Tabata KB swings (24k)
Hopefully you found out the importance of good form when the load is significantly increased as the ability to muscle the bar is lost!
