Operation 2010 my arse- one early morning and rippy is ripped!! Unfortunately, there are no supps to give you the steely edge required to work in the cold, early morn's!

I knew by the puppy-dog, student-esque look in your eye yesterday that you wouldn't be in it for the long run-guess 2010 will have to wait.

Just make sure you hardcore muthasukas are keeping it real in the AM and being strict with your reps everyone knows the accepted standards we need to keep it in check if were travelling around saying were crossfitting as there is only one way, THE CORRECT WAY! Full ROM on every exercise!
