Paleo Challenge - 30 days Empty Paleo Challenge - 30 days

So here it is....

Eat real food – meat*, eggs, vegetables, nuts, seeds, fruit, oils (like EVOO or coconut). Eat foods with very few ingredients, all pronounceable ingredients, or better yet, no ingredients listed at all because they're fresh and natural.

Do not eat dairy. This includes butter, cheese (hard and soft), yogurt (even Greek) and milk (including cream in your coffee**).

Do not eat grains. This includes bread, rice, pasta, corn (I count corn as a grain), oatmeal, and all of those gluten-free pseudo-grains. That's not real food, right?

Do not eat legumes. This includes beans of all kinds, lentils, and peanuts. (No peanut butter, kids.)

Do not eat sugars*** of any kind, real or artificial. No maple syrup, honey, agave nectar, Splenda, Truvia, Stevia, etc.

Do not eat processed foods. This includes protein shakes, processed bars (like Zone bars), dairy-free creamers, etc.

Do not drink alcohol, in any form.

If you have serious inflammation issues like arthritis, you may want to consider avoiding nightshades for 30 days as well.

Be strict.

I'm going to try this. But, I'm going to need some recipes. Are you allowed to cook the meat in oil?

I've already started, and it's not easy. Going without cheese and milk is the worst part.

I'm in for a tenner, let's ave it caveman style. What a Face

Having a rethink on this one.
Having been put through the ordeal of listening to Slug and Mungo (a.k.a. the claw) bang on about it for five hours on the way to Mildenhall Sleep Very Happy
Think i'll stick to the Mongolian Goji berries like Rossfit (a.k.a. Dolph)

Dolph,
You are seriously dissillusioned about Saturday night mate. You and the claw went downhill faster than the Cool Runnings bobsleigh team. The toilets in the Half Moon will second that! drunken

Dont forget to take before and after photos if you're taking the challenge.

As for the drinking games Rossfit if the aim was to get slashed the quickest then zig zag all the way back to the hotel like you are trying to avoid a japanese tree sniper shooting you, you take first place. You and the Claw defo had first place in the drinking games but for the wrong reasons.

The count wasn't happy with that performance I can tell you Very Happy
