Stag night

Alreet lads and lasses. Although this one concerns the lads.
Our beloved Smiler is getting married in August. There is a Crossfit 1 dayer in Manchester in July by invitation. My thoughts, up on Friday or very 1st thing on Saturday, competition for those who wan't, boys who don't and other stag attendees can get bladdered and abuse all other contestants and cheer on CFS.
Then when games finish, were all out on the lash in Manchester.

PS : my shoulder is back to it's best and i'm gunning down your times, not that I was ever that far behind, so no effort really!

I'm up for that one!! Can't see any reason why i won't be able to make it. I'll lump my way through the games and enjoy the sweet stench of sweat, spew and over elevated blood pressure as i sip on a luuuurvvvly pint of stella whilst getting stared at by some drugged up manc!!!
