WOD 29/06/09 CrossFit Football
We will be experimenting with the CrossFit football concept for the next few weeks, this was developed for players in the NFL so you can imagine what is involved however we will scale the loads accordingly!
WOD
30 Squats @ bodyweight (this is barbell back squat)
200m sprint
30 Burpees
1 x round for time!
The squat for those who aren't yet capable of bodyweight will be scaled by percentage.
So bring your current weight in kilos please!

Forget the Crossfit Games, I'm going for trials at the New York Giants next season after 6 months of this. Hut, hut, hut!
