Wednesday workout 2/07/08 Rep Count
Hi Guys, another great workout another week done.
A quick word on rep count and intensity. The crossfit workout has we have come to learn is about high intensity, functional workout and exercise. To maintain the correct high intensity level the workouts have been made with time and repetitions in mind.
Please be mindful of your rep count there are penalties looming, there is no hiding my friends in Crossfit, "Get er Done" as we have adopted means basically just work through the workout in your own time at your high intensity, nobody elses.

Mini me 300
100 squats
100 Tuck Jumps
100 Push ups

If I do 20 of each one every day i should have it done in time for next weeks sesh!!!!!!!!

Nik,
Do the same rules apply for this workout as the ones in the session, whereby as long as you keep the order the same you can start at any point ?
eg. could I start with tuck jumps, move on to press ups followed by squats, or do they need to be done in the order you've laid out.

a very long 26mins 04 sec to do this. I dont think ive got a fast twitch fibre in my body, im a human slug.
