Burpees 12 AMRAP in 20mins
Pull ups 12
for those who can't do full Pull ups substitue will be Jumping pull up.

Monday's workout
Hi.
there were 2 classes on Monday... 1 in the morning and 1 in the evening ( Mondays 7.30 is now beginners class)
Myself and Gez would just like to say thanks for your continued support, 16 people came to the classes yesterday and the effort of the workout was amazing.

Felt so good after last nights session that I did an extra Tabata session on the way home. It consisted of 20 seconds hyper-ventilating with 10 seconds vomiting x 8 rounds.....Great.... Loving it !

20kg Thrusters
Jumping pull ups
15-9-6
in 5.25m
then cracked out
6 burpees Amrap in 15m
6 supine ring pulls
completing 10 full rounds and 3 pulls
A great and gutsy performance!
