Hope all is well down there, we had Cindy and Mary today, we have hang power cleans tommorow and were treating the class to chrismas eve Fran, with Chuck Norris chucked in on Saturday just for kicks haha

Mark here hope all is well up there with yourselves, I see that as usual you don't seem to be pushing the workouts!!!!!!!!! All going well here good WOD on Fri, the max thrusters then dropping 2 each round bit tasty you would enjoy then finished off with a half Cindy!!!!!! (25 Max Thrusters and then 11 on half cindy) prblem being the next day I couldn't manage stairs!!!!! just got Jez to firemans carry me up and down!!!! I will try and get those pics on now if not throw us an e mail address down and I'll send them to that. Have a good festive and hopefully see you all soon
