Well done to the guys this morning, this one looks ok on paper
but I assure you it's a hard one!

My shoulders still not right Gez so I'll sub pull ups for ring dips if thats cool. Looks like there's gonna be some sweat and pain this evening...outstanding!

Sorry I missed today, been off work ill. Hoping to try it in the gym over the weekend, but I'm with the guys who think this looks bad enough on the board! it may take me 30 mins just to do the proper pull ups!

ok I managed it today (almost)
20 pull ups

I did 4 rounds (minus the last lot of pull ups as the gym got busy) in 34.28
