WOD 05/09/08

This session will be:
Half Angie
50 Pull ups (jumping pull ups)
50 Press ups
50 Sit ups
50 Squats
For time

We will also be doing some work with the pipe on OHS (overhead squat)

Don't forget guys the morning session (7am) has been cancelled. however all other sessions are as normal.

cant make it tonight so just did a modified version of this workout, no pull up bar in flat so:

press ups 50
sit ups 50
squats 50
puffey jumps(not as gay as they sound) 50
leg raises 50

no corners cut, but i did miss Nick's 80's hair metal music......................

pretty tasty, ill bring the puffey monday if the box 'accidently' goes missing .
