Two guys from each session will be carrying out the Fran benchmark workout.
The remainder of you will be completing:
Pull ups 5 (NB, not jumping) AMRAP in 20 mins
Press ups 10
Zercher squats 15

What a session this morning, absolutely superb!!

Kath (30kgs) 12m 50
Ross completed the WOD with a cracking score of 11 full rounds and 10 press ups, using a 15kgs plate for the Zercher squats.
Also completed some clean training which was great, all the guys showing great improvements!
