WOD 26/07/08
The workout today will be a team effort (depending on numbers). In teams of four complete the following:
200 Jumping pull ups
300 Press ups
400 Sit ups
500 Squats
Each team is allowed only two members to be working at any one time (two resting)

Guys don't build these workouts up in your mind to something there not, its only workout. A small amount of pain in a small amount of time, just do your best and no one can take that away from you. Take each exercise as it comes don't look onto the next exercise until you've finished the one before. Remember the inspirational video!! (Watch it again if you can't).
