WOD 25/07/08
The WOD for Friday will consist of:
Deadlift coaching and 3 x 10r of deadlift. Followed by:
Nicole =
AMRAP in 20 minutes of
400m Run
Pull ups (Maximum reps)
Scores will be total number of pull ups for each round completed.

Great effort by the chaps tonight:
Damo = 4 rounds, Jumping pull ups = 13,12,13,15,7 = 60
Dan D = 6 rounds, Jumping pull ups = 25,20,16,18,15,12 = 96
Nik J = 7 rounds, pull ups = 10,8,8,10,11,10,10 = 67
AM
All completed between 6 and 7 rounds
