WOD 23/07/08
The workout today will be:
3 x 5 reps of Barbell squat clean
50 (Sand bag) Burpee, Squat clean, Push press, Lunge combo
For time
Then followed by some ring strength work and pull ups to finish with depending on time as we must finish on time on Wednesdays.
