Air Squat 20
Tuck Jump 20

MB Run 10
Russian Twist 10

SHP 15
kB swing 15

x 4 sets

1min work get er done quick to earn a rest inside a min Twisted Evil

1 Min to complete inc rest so do it quick Twisted Evil 4 sets each affraid
