What a night !!!! The improvement was awesome and the intensity is there now !!
Remember though my beedy eye is spot checking those reps

Hi Paul, yeah no prob mate !
Burpees broad Jump : Normal burpees : start with pressup into burpees and stand upright with hip thrust, from this position bend at knees and jump forward as far as you can.... then repeat
Punch bag or sand bag : In Deadlift position powerfully lift bag onto shoulder (alternate shoulders with lift) then slam bag back on floor or mat and punch the bag 1:2 and repeat
Floor Press : Use Kettle Bells or Oly Bar ... Lie on floor and press to full extension, bring back to floor with elbowa and forearm on fllor at 90 degrees then repaeat
KB swings : I'm assuming you will know this exercise...... Dead lift the kb and swing above head about 7-8 inches then repeat Get er done Paul, see you soon post your time mate

After one session i drove home barefoot because I couldn't put my trainers back on
After the second session I got my trainers home
My personal aim for the next session is to manage to be able to do my shoelaces up afterwards
