7 reps each 5 rounds for time
Twist and Lunge
Shoulder Press
MB Squat Jumps
Leg Raise
Dead Lift
Well Done Gunny, nice technique throughout full intensity to the end to record : 8 min 24 sec

2 great sessions tonight !! I added a little bit of pressure on your scores to achieve and you all flew it. Believe it or not but we are in our 4th week of Crossfit, and the improvements we are seeing are fantastic. Well done ! Also Welcome Steve a newby. Great effort mate keep it up
