Road Trip to Cardiff

Guys having a trip to Cardiff on Saturday to visit my mate Dav' who runs CrossFit Wales
the session starts at 10am so we will leave Swansea at about 0900, probably have a spot of lunch after, drop me a txt if you're interested in coming along!!!!

Great time had by all!
Big thanks to Dav and Simon over at CrossFit Wales (Cardiff) for a great session and bit of craic afterwards! possibly make this a regular trip if anyone else is up for it let me know!
