Well done this morning guys! after our problems with access we cracked a car park workout (so glad it wasn't raining) of:

Well we got in the door tonight. What a difference, correct exercises!
Caroline = 26.11 (dips & jack knife hspu)
Mark N = 27.13 (ring dips & elevated JKHSPU)
Chris N = 28.19 (ring dips & elevated JKHSPU)
Dan D = 25.44 (ring dips & elevated JKHSPU, RD need work)
Dan S = 25.14 (ring dips 20 Full HSPU & elevated JKHSPU)
Gez = 23.16 (same as Dan S)
