Afternoon....
Kip Pull ups : coaching and maxin out
Everybody by the end of the night will be swinging
Body weight 20 min burnout
Air squat
Hindu Press Ups
Burpees
Sit ups
End each round with 5 second Handstand
25 reps of each
Notice : GET er DONE....... No time for excuses !!!!!

Well done last night guys.... Don't know about you, but that started to ache on the journey home !
Very important the Body weight stuff !
Hey bodybuilder boys ! If you can't handle your body weight, then why you holding that curling bar ?
