We will revisit Barbara today and compare results to 05/12/08 or 08/12/08.

20 Pull ups
30 Press ups
40 Sit ups
50 Squats

5 rounds for time

For those who scaled last time up the anty this!

Just touching base with you folks. I'm out working in India and Egypt this week but I am going to try and get my first session in after that poxy flu virus. Hope everyone's well at CFS and I look forward to a couple of sessions with you next week. I've tried to order you all a curry from out here, but apparently they don't deliver.

did u know this? but when we do this WoD we usually blast through 5 sets for time, but alledgely you have 3 mins rest between sets and totall the 5 rounds, how do you do "Barbara" now thats a question

Yeah, in the past I,ve just blasted through the 5 rounds however this popped up on the main WOD page so I gave it a shot. To be honest I thought this was worse than cracking it in a 1'er coz you have forced rest so it feels like cheating if you have any more rest!!! worth a crack!

WE DID THIS ON FRIDAY PAST

i can confirm that the feeling you get when resting for 3mins between sets to doing it in a oner is far worse, i was lying bust on the mat after the last round of squats!
