WOD 21/06/08
The Magnificent Seven
As many rounds as possible in 20 minutes
7 SDHP
7 Press
7 Burpees
7 Pull ups
7 Squat jumps
7 Press ups
7 Turkish get up
Dont forget guys the weights will be scaled and its all relative, some will acheive double figures some wont as long as you give it your best thats what counts!
Well done those guys who turned out on a dreary Saturday morning
Sean 3 full rounds + 7 SDHP (30kg oly bar for SDHP- 30kgs oly bar for press- 5kg Db for TGU)
Sarah 4 full rounds + 7SDHP (12kg KB for SDHP- 5kg Db for press-3kg Db for TGU)
Amie 5 full rounds (12kg Kb for SDHP-5kg Db for press-3kg Db for TGU)
Remember the points raised during the coaching, and practise with your brooms at home!!!!

Hi Paul
There is a selection of weights to use, yesterday varied from 30kg sumo with Bar, to some of the guys using 12kg kettle bell.
The Turkish again varied from 8kg bell to 3kg.
