hi guys, how are you all doing? looks like crossfit swansea has taken off. I am working in a personal training studio here in perth and we are soon becoming a crossfit affiliate as the girl who owns the business is cross fit qualified. I have been training hard on my lifts and hope to get qualified this year. I may be going to sydney in april for the crossfit games qualifier, if i get through i will go to america for the crossfit games. Hopefully i will feel in good enough shape to enter in april!! I do loads of crossfit training with my clients, they love it. Anyway, i hope life is good in swansea? its boiling over here at the moment, i heard its freezing there
