CFS run

5 pull ups
10 press ups x5 rounds
15 squats

CFS run

x 4 rounds for time

So this is how it works. Out for run in for the exercises (complete 5 rounds) out for run whole lot completed 4 rounds.

Gorm = 34.09
Wilf = 29.16
Gunny = 30.38
Sophie = 25.10 x2 rounds
Leoni = 35.21 x3 rounds.

Happy new year fellas, sorry couldn't make the fist session of 2009, had to work. Be there Mon for some carnage.

When you doing it with the pack
after you and Mark done it, we made Davie, Miles and spider, me also do it, i pulled it in in 31mins in Nov

NEVER with the pack!!!!!! How r u both hope all is good i still think you could up the intensity of your training!!!!! did a fran the other week 4.23 happy with that!!!! Send us an e mail address and i'll send all the phots that i took. Good to hear from you both send our best to the rest of the lads and girls, maybe we should hook something up a crossfit games between fife and swansea!!!!!! It would be a good social if nothing else!!!!

Yeah the social sounds good mate, were currently working our way through benchmark january benchmark workouts on mon, wed, and friday - with a retest of the same workouts in April
