Strength session.
Todays session will cover deadlift, and squat with some pull up training thrown in for good measure

Congrats to everyone who turned out tonight. It was a great session
with everyone attaining a mile stone of at least three reps with a
bodyweight barbell, so well done. Caroline check the Trog for your official
