Hi guys, I've got a job in London so will be leaving Swansea in 4 weeks 
It would be nice to see u all socially to say goodbye without any sweat or pain involved. So, I was thinking 27th June heading to Wind St somewhere and having a few drinks (I'll make more definite arrangements nearer the time). My BJJ lot will be there too so it will be a bit of a training goodbye for me. Especially as me and soph couldnt make the xmas drinks I think we should try and make up for it!

Congrats on the new job, you'll definetely have to bang out a Fran with your new kipping pull ups before you go!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
