Just browsing the web and stumbled accross this on the Bristol Crossfit site:

Mercy consists of 3 circuits for time

15 Kettlebell Swings (16 kg)
15 Burpees
700 meters


Far be it from me to engage in competitive type activities but i reckon we should have a go at it to see where we are in relation to them.
