Deadlift 10 (60kgs F, 80kgs M)
800m run
AMRAP in 20 minutes

The session will start promptly at 1815 and finish promptly at 1915 so don't be late!

Don't forget your trainers!

Well done guys cracking effort!
Chris N = 3 rounds + 200m
Mark N = 4 rounds + 800m
Caroline + 3 rounds + 800m
Rich W = 4 rounds

Sean completed a modified wod due to injury:
40r (Alternating press ups, sit ups & squats)
12 DL
He completed 6 full rounds
