Guys we have a new addition to the CFS coaching team.

His name is Lee (CV to follow) he will be taking over the running and management of Swansea Kettlebell club, this will run mainly on Wednesdays and Fridays at 730pm. He has masses of KB knowledge and has trained and competed in the UK and Hungary and Europe.
Lee will be hosting a KB Masterclass next wednesday (14/07) evening at 730pm to show you what his classes will be like please see one of the coaches to register your interest.

Tim Llewellyn Joseph



Graduated from Brighton Uni with BSc(Hons) in Sports Science

Rugby and martial arts background

Worked as a personal trainer / group instructor in London for the past 10 yrs

Specialized in kettlebell training, certified EKI instructor, certified RKC instructor.

Spent the last 2yrs training for, and entering Girevoy Sport competitions.

Current UK Open Kettlebell Champion
