Guys we are hosting a number of technique clinics over the course of July and August check the website and blog for further info.
Don't forget myself and Nik have over 25 years experience within the fitness industry and between us hold qualifications from UK recognised providers including UKSCA

UWIC
The Wright Foundation
to name a few. These are all recognised by REPs with which we are registered at level 3.
Be wary when paying, and travelling up and down the M4 there are a mirade of charlatans out there just waiting to take your hard earned ackers from you!
